LIGHTEN UP is a 3D calligraphy piece created for Ramadan, blurring centuries-old calligraphy with modern typography, built in CGI. The work reflects the essence of the month, its spiritual depth and social gravity, the way it draws communities closer as they observe it together.

Bonus Scene

Early explorations searched for the right look and feel before the final direction was set. This scene leaned into the traditional sweets and colors of the month, a direction that didn’t make the final piece but was too good to leave in the archive.
