Reebok CL Legacy
A running classic, brought into focus
A CGI campaign for the Reebok CL Legacy, a seventies running silhouette rebuilt entirely in 3D by Mossawi Studios. From modeling to texturing to lighting, the work brings out the sculpted midsole, the layered suede and textile upper, and the bold colorways that define the shoe.
Process
The shoe was modeled with the simplest geometry possible, keeping the build light while going deep on the details through materials, stitches, and color. Wireframes, clay renders, and material tests trace how the silhouette was constructed and dialed in, from the suede and textile upper to the sculpted midsole.
